Our mission at The Lighthouse 89.3 is to encourage people to walk each day by increasing faith, in the hope and promises of God’s word.  The 24 hour/day broadcast offers listeners inspiring and exciting contemporary music and praise, with brief ministry comments, as well as news, weather, and Lighthouse Sports.

 

AND LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE! . . .

 

We’re blessed with the responsibility God has given us as stewards and ministers of this non-profit ministry reaching thousands of lives, 24hours/day, 365 days/year, throughout SE Georgia & NE Florida.  And God has blessed and increased WECC for over 20 years, starting from a 2500 watt daytime-only AM radio station, The Lighthouse WECC-FM is now one of the most powerful stations in SE Georgia, with 30,000 watts reaching from the Kings Bay to the Golden Isles, Waycross, Jesup, and Jacksonville!  Additional repeater transmitters are located in Jesup (103.7), Waycross (105.9), and prayerfully soon, in Jacksonville and Brunswick!

 

Every Spring, we conduct a 4 day “Sharathon” to present the financial needs required to meet our relatively modest monthly budget that will keep The Lighthouse on the air and “shining HIS light”.  During Sharathon, listeners give a One-Time donation, or make a Monthly Donation “Faith Pledge”.

 

God has been faithful to take the offerings of $10, $25, $50 dollars or more per month, and bless them to supply the needs to keep Christian radio WECC on the air!  

 

WE NEED YOU!

 

If this The Lighthouse WECC is important to YOU, will you pray and consider how you might help to keep this Light shining with the Gospel of Jesus Christ?  Your contribution of ANY AMOUNT will help and is very important!

 

The Lighthouse is reaching a population area of nearly 1.5 Million People!

 

If just 1200 people would give $1/day, ALL of the monthly expenses for The Lighthouse FM89.3 would be paid!  Or if only 700 People, Families, Churches, or Business Donors would offer $50 a month, every expense for this ministry to continue would be met.

 

 

We are very fortunate that God has blessed us to operate all of The Lighthouse broadcast and campus ministry functions for a fraction of the cost of most all other stations. 

 

Our Monthly Budget of $35,000 provides for the operation of:

Our Monthly Operating Budget is less than one third of the budget of many other Christian radio stations…and less than one tenth of some stations monthly expenses!  And we strive to be prayerfully good stewards of the donations entrusted to us.  We thank God for offerings to The Lighthouse, asking that He will bless and multiply them to sufficiently cover all of our expenses, and to bless and supply every need of the giver!

 

 

WHAT DOES YOUR DONATION ACCOMPLISH?

 

Almost everyday we hear from listeners with encouraging testimonies about how God is using The Lighthouse to help strengthen their daily walk of faith!  And God is using the music, programs, and ministry of WECC Radio to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

 

 

EVERY LISTENER is NEEDED

and plays an important role in keeping The Lighthouse on the air!

 

Perhaps one of the most deceptive notions from the deceiver is that your $10, $20, or $30 monthly offering, is not going to make any difference in meeting our $35,000 monthly budget.  But we believe it will make the same difference that five small barley loaves and two small fish did to 5000 people!

 

If you compare the size of your offering to the size of the need, it might seem insignificant, but instead, look at your offering like the fishes and loaves.  It doesn't matter how much or how little we have, Jesus can use it for his work.  We simply must be willing to give and do what we can.

 

As we receive your offering, and ask God to bless it in Jesus name, it will in fact “feed” thousands of people across southeast Georgia and northeast Florida 24hrs a day!

 

We hear from some people who simply can’t give at all, and we understand.  But just like you, we must continue in faith that God will provide...and we do, because He IS faithful, and we believe that our mission is still before us, and if you’re able to give anything, from $5 to $500, it will help greatly, and will be used to feed thousands with the Bread of Life.
